Marcia Kunene
Operations Management
With over two decades of administrative experience and exposure to HR, working with people comes naturally to Marcia. She coordinates and provides oversight to all personnel and ensures that the RightSure office and systems operate optimally at all times.
She also offers support to the Business Development Manager & Officers to conduct presentations and outreach programmes to selected marketing work sites. She establishes and maintains professional and productive relationships with all important stakeholders. Marcia has acquired qualifications in Procurement, IT, and – most recently – Wealth Management.
Mpho Motlanthe
Short-term Insurance: Underwriting and Client Care
Mpho, the head of our short-term department, has acquired well-rounded industry experience in both short- and long-term insurance over a period of eight years. He oversees the processes of sales, servicing, retentions, administration, claims, compliance, quality assurance, and underwriting.
He gained exposure to these areas during his time in major companies. He aims to create a quality overall client experience. Mpho has obtained his RE5, and FAIS Long-term Insurance and Short-term Insurance qualifications. He is currently working towards his Business Informatics degree.
Didi Motlanthe
financial planning & Business Processes
Didi is the head of our financial planning department, acting as an analyst providing critical technical, administrative and professional support. She has obtained the RE5 and RE1 certificates and works consistently to stay knowledgeable about the financial planning industry. She will work work with you to create a tailored financial plan.
Didi holds a Marketing Management degree and a Hospitality Management diploma. She completed an insurance internship programme at RightSure in 2013. She then left to pursue a Hospitaliy Management diploma and gain experience in hotel chains in South Africa and country clubs in the U.S., fulfilling various roles including, but not limited to, human resources and events assistance. She is currently working towards a Higher Certificate in Financial Planning.
Back at RightSure, Didi manages company communications and the customer relationship management systems (CRMS). She contributes to the client service process by ensuring the safe and accurate organisation of client information. She serves as company liaison and oversees various projects including the revamp of our digital marketing and communication platforms. Finally, Didi assists our Operations Manager.
